Consumer Safety Testing Reports

Fiesta considers safety of its products as well as value to the consumer paramount, and desires to be in total compliance with any certification requirements. We support efforts to eliminate any unsafe products that could pose a risk or cause injury to any consumer, particularly to children. We applaud the efforts of the CPSC and the goals of HR4040. 

In compliance with the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008, Fiesta is posting consumer safety testing reports for products that fall within the guidelines established by the CPSC act.

The reports are PDF files, your PC must have adobe reader capability.

Compliance numbers are printed with packing slip. They will also be mailed with your invoice.
